Lead Early Years Teacher

The Yael Schools Network is launching a new Jewish Early Years Centre in Valencia. We are seeking a founding Lead Early Years Teacher to shape, promote, and grow this new kindergarten. This leadership role combines outstanding classroom teaching with pedagogical guidance, merging a Reggio Emilia-inspired approach , the IB Early Years (EYP) framework , and a strong foundation in Jewish values .

Core Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead educator, modeling best practices to foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual development.
• Lead the implementation of the Reggio-inspired and IB-aligned curriculum; integrate Jewish values, culture, and traditions into daily inquiry-based learning.
• Support the initial physical setup, design the learning environment, and establish routines and pedagogical culture prior to opening.
