• Deliver a strategic mindset to projects and collaborate and negotiate with clients to bring a technical vision to life.
• Balance high‑level and tactical work, spending time with both clients and teammates.
• Guide and coach their teams in implementation and application.
• Apply our standard engineering and delivery practices and continuously innovate and improve.

• Full‑stack developer well‑versed in Vue or TypeScript.
• Led software development teams using Agile, Lean, and/or Continuous Delivery approaches such as TDD, continuous integration, pairing, and infrastructure automation.
