Lead Dental Nurse – Bupa Dental Care, Wellington

Location: 22 Church Street, Wellington, Telford, TF1 1DG.
Hiring Manager: Aneta Rodowicz.
Hours: Full‑time, 39.25 hours per week.
Working pattern: Monday – Thursday 8:45 am – 5:30 pm; Friday 7:45 am – 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Support the Practice Manager and clinicians in the day‑to‑day running of the practice.
• Lead, mentor and support the nursing team.
• Ensure compliance with CQC and clinical governance standards.
• Deliver exceptional chairside support and patient care.
• Drive a positive, high‑performing team culture.

Qualifications

• GDC‑registered Dental Nurse.
• Previous experience in a senior or lead role (or readiness to step up).
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Proactive, positive attitude with a passion for teamwork.
