Job Details
Our Lead Clinical Nursing Supervisor will:
+ Assume many of the coordinating functions of the Clinical Supervisor group, including trouble shooting the schedule, representing the supervisors at department and house wide meetings, and coordinating communications with staff and other supervisory groups, inter and intra disciplinary.
+ Manage daily clinical nursing operations to ensure the hospital standards and needs are met.
+ Be responsible for preparation and evaluation of nursing staff activities and schedules to ensure 24 hour coverage.
