Lead Centre Manager (Active Ageing Centre)

Oversee the overall operations and performance of a cluster of Active Ageing Centres (AACs), including direct management of AAC @ Serangoon – its day‑to‑day administration, programmes, and community cafe – to ensure smooth, safe, and engaging service delivery for seniors.

Lead and support a team of AAC Supervisors to foster well‑being and a supportive team culture.

Assist HOD in staff recruitment and training of the team.

Work collaboratively with AAC supervisors to align practices and maintain consistent service standards across centres.

Ensure operational compliance through the development and review of SOPs, contingency and emergency plans, in line with prevailing policies.

Manage incidents, audits, public enquiries and feedback, and related documentation.
