Client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Business Systems Analyst (LBSA) contractor to support the implementation and experience of a critical technology initiative for the Information Technology Services (ITS) Project Management Office (PMO). This opening is to support the Human Resources Department to facilitate the enhancement and expansion of the City's Learning Management System (LMS). This opening is for an estimated one-year period with the possibility of extension. This position reports to the Information Technology Services Department Portfolio Management Office but may provide business analysis services to any of the City's 40+ departments. This position will also contribute to and uphold the City's Project Management Standards of Excellence.
