Lead Backend Engineer - Node.JS

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced and hands‑on Lead Backend Engineer – Node.js to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Node.js backend development, cloud‑native architecture on AWS, and strong experience designing scalable enterprise‑grade applications. Exposure to SAP Fiori/UI5 will be considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high‑performance backend systems using Node.js.
• Architect and implement cloud‑native solutions on AWS.
• Drive technical strategy, architecture reviews, and engineering best practices.
• Work closely with frontend, DevOps, QA, product, and enterprise teams for end‑to‑end delivery.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs, microservices, and event‑driven architectures.
• Ensure system scalability, reliability, security, and performance optimization.
