About the Role

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years Corporate Travel domain and VIP customer service experience with GDS Knowledge (Preferred Amadeus)
  • Willing to work fully time onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City and shifting schedule
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP customer (CEO, CFO, COO etc) via phone, chat & email
  • In-depth travel industry knowledge, including domestic/international reservations and fare rules for North America regions
