Lead / Associate Manager - D365 CRM Developer (On Premise) - Future Opportunity

Overview

As a D365 CRM Solution Developer, you will design and implement D365 CRM on-premise solutions across all phases of Avanade’s projects. You will work with clients and lead Avanade delivery teams in planning, designing, building, testing, and maintaining D365 CRM on-premise solutions. You must have strong CRM experience, leadership skills, and the ability to connect with clients and guide a team to achieve project goals.

What you’ll do

• Lead the technical delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM on-premise solutions, ensuring timely and high-quality execution within the Service Module.
• Manage and mentor technical teams, driving accountability, coding standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Oversee D365 CRM customization, including entities, attributes, business rules, workflows, and plugins.
