We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior/Lead AI Engineer to join our Mahindra AI team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI/ML models and solutions, with a proven track record of leading small teams to successfully deliver complex AI projects. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of artificial intelligence to solve real-world problems. Key Responsibilities Model Development: Design, develop, and optimize cutting-edge AI/ML models, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, NLP, and computer vision solutions, to address business and technical challenges.
Project Leadership: Lead a small team of 2-5 engineers and data scientists on 2-3 AI projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality outcomes, and alignment with organizational goals.
