Job Description
Assist Department Head to ensure that Export Operations in full compliance with the OPS procedure and achieve the corporate goal DE (District Excellence) and security management.
Perform customer service & gain relations with vendors and terminals.
Follow procedure and productivity Standard Adherence
Operation handling, Process files, handle accurate & timely billing.
Assist Manager with department issues though reports of A/R, AJAX, IO, MRM…
Assist Branch sales efforts to develop business relationships, maintain current business (CRM) and explore potential business opportunities to meet the budgetary guidelines
Take the lead role to monitor the team in performing the assigned job smoothly
Assist the Supervisor/ Manager to follow up and ensure all team members meet training courses/ requirements
Assist Supervisor/Manager with File Audit & Management reports
