This role offers the opportunity to represent a dynamic client base in complex labor and employment (L&E) litigation and handle sophisticated transactional employment work.

Candidate Profile

  • JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record

  • Active Bar Admission in New York, in good standing 

  • 6-8 years of substantive employment litigation experience


  • Experience in defending wage and hour claims and class/collective actions

  • Demonstrated experience drafting key legal documents
