About the Role
Van Technician – Leicester Main Dealer Starting wage: £17-18 per hour (rising to £20-21 after diagnostic training) £47,000 Average earnings with shift allowance and Saturdays (£54,000 after training) Additional overtime available at time and a half. Rotating 2-week shift pattern: Week 1: 06:00–15:30 (Monday–Friday) Week 2: 14:00–00:00 (Mon–Thurs) / 14:30–22:00 (Fri) 2 Saturdays per month paid at time and a half rate. 15% late-shift premium applied to afternoon/evening weeks Ongoing IRTEC and Manufacturer training provided.
