LATAM Field Service Engineer EOSS

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our EOSS team. Based in Mexico you will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and plan‑compliant technical execution of field projects while acting as the local technical authority and primary interface with the customer in complex and remote environments.

Installation & Commissioning

• Ensure compliance with site Health & Safety standards and requirements.
• Review construction plans, OTDR traces, and system diagnostic to support project execution and client deliverables.
• Configure and calibrate DITEST, DAS, RDTS, PD and Shield Currents commissioning.
• Integrate systems with EOSS monitoring systems (PRYCAM and COBRA/LYNX platforms).
• Create and implement RTTR and DOB models, including signal input mapping and SCADA integration.
