Last Mile Operations Leader

Bouraq Express & Logistics in Lahore is seeking a full-time Last Mile Team Lead to manage daily delivery operations and the field fleet effectively. The role focuses on recruitment, performance management, and ensuring continuity in operations, particularly during staff absenteeism.

The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in Last Mile Logistics or E-commerce and should possess a strong network of delivery riders. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
