About the Role
Responsibilities
- Operate lasers and conduct testing of optics & alignment.
- Perform quality inspections for incoming laser and optic components.
- Analyze data and generate accurate IRI reports.
- Raise Quality Notifications for laser test failures.
- Support logistics and SAP transaction activities.
- Assist engineers with routine manufacturing engineering matters such as BOM validation and data collection.
- Install, align and assemble optical and mechanical sub‑assemblies using precision instruments.
- Apply continuous improvement concepts and techniques.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Minimum higher NITEC or diploma in electrical/electronic engineering or equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience in incoming inspection, laser manufacturing or testing.
