We are currently seeking an experienced Landscaping Leading Hand to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can lead crews, manage projects onsite, and deliver high-quality landscaping work across a range of projects.

You will be responsible for guiding small teams, ensuring jobs run smoothly, and maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.

About the Role

• Monday to Friday work schedule
• Lead and supervise landscaping crews on active projects
• Coordinate daily tasks and ensure projects stay on schedule
• Work across hardscape, softscape, horticulture, and maintenance projects
• Maintain strong safety and quality standards onsite
• Liaise with supervisors and clients when required
