About the Role
Work with a range of stakeholders and landholders to manage natural resources through a whole of landscape approach
As a Landscape Officer, you will increase community and landholder understanding, acceptance and adoption of programs for the management of pest species. You will collect, record and interpret information on declared pest animal and plant infestations and undertake control actions. This will involve working across diverse land tenures with a wide range of stakeholders including private landholders, roadsides, community groups, industry and contractors.
