About the Role

            Job Description & Requirements  Carry out land surveying, setting out, andlevelling works for HDB construction project sites. 
Verify site measurements, alignment,coordinates, levels, and grid lines according to approved drawings and projectrequirements. 
Conduct topographic, boundary, and as-builtsurveys when required. 
Assist the project team in checking structurallevels, building positions, road levels, drainage levels, and other site surveymatters. 
Coordinate with project managers, engineers,site supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, and relevant parties onsurvey-related works. 
Prepare and maintain survey records, setting-outreports, as-built drawings, and related site documentation. 
Ensure survey works are carried out accuratelyand in compliance with HDB project specifications, approved drawings, andconstruction standards.
