Every day we transport millions of tonnes of critical freight across the country. Based at our key Acacia Ridge terminal, this role sits at the heart of a high-volume, fast-paced operation. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, safety-focused Planning Officer to support real-time service delivery and keep our network running safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
Plan and allocate train crew to services in line with rosters and operational requirements across a high-volume terminal
Monitor real-time network and terminal performance, responding quickly to service disruptions
Manage incidents and operational changes to minimise impact on customers and network flow
