Laboratory Technician

Overview

This is a STAY-IN position located at UMINGAN, PANGASINAN .

Responsibilities

• Implement biosecurity, semen analysis and processing, and packaging at the boar stud.
• Administrative responsibilities in the production site, including barn vaccination schedules, sample submission, equipment cleaning and maintenance, and inventory monitoring.
• Provide backup at the boar stud when regular staff are on scheduled day-offs.
• Ensure quality assurance of samples.
• Data management.
• Functionality checks and preventive maintenance testing of machines.
• Regulatory assistance for blood samples and other trials.
• Administrative work related to site production.

Education and Training

• At least high school graduate.
• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science / Biology, or related degree preferred.
