Testing and characterization of physical and chemical properties of a variety of materials (powder, liquids, solids)
Use of saws, grinding and drilling equipment to prepare samples.
Use particle characterization equipment to prepare samples.
Use and programming of high temperature laboratory furnaces.
Measurement and analysis of key process indicators and over variables affecting manufacturing
Measuring of materials using a variety of equipment and devices including: depth gauges, micrometers, rulers, tape measures and other finite measuring equipment.
Running maintenance & calibration of key lab equipment
Analyze materials & properties according to suitability for application
Bachelor's or Associate degree in a technical field or comparable work experience is preferred
