Job Title: Laboratory Technical Specialist
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Ellesmere Port - onsite
Hours: hours per week Monday to Friday to 5pm
Salary: from £25,000 pa DOE

Main Duties
Ensuring all samples received are diagnosed and are issued within turnaround times according to business and customer requirements
Perform investigational analysis including the planning and execution of out-of-scope operations, analysis and generation of bespoke reporting in accordance with business and customer requirements.
Provide technical assistance to team leaders or other appropriate colleagues to maintain service levels and ensure efficient laboratory operations.
Liaise with customers to keep them informed of analytical test issues such as delays, etc. to ensure customer satisfaction and confidence is maintained – this will include ...
