**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
Are you a meticulous and compassionate individual with a passion for supporting vital lab operations? We're looking for a dedicated Lab Assistant to join our team and play a crucial role in patient care!
**What you'll do:**
+ **Be the backbone of our lab's specimen processing and intake** , ensuring samples are organized, correctly distributed, and handled with care.
+ **Manage send-out testing** , meticulously preparing and packaging specimens for external labs.
+ **Champion positive patient identification** and embody **HumanKindness** in every interaction.
+ **Contribute to a collaborative and efficient workflow** , taking ownership and assisting team members.
+ **(If qualified and regulated)** Perform blood collection (phlebotomy) on all age groups, including Blood Bank collections, adhering to best practices.
