+ Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
+ Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
+ Neonatal Resuscitation Program must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
+ STABLE must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date
