Job Description

Regular Duties/Responsibilities

• Supervise daily laboratory operations and staffactivities
• Perform and oversee routine, specializedlaboratory and blood bank tests along with outsource tests
• Ensure daily quality control, do check with linemanager as per compliance with SOPs
• Verify and release laboratory reports as perdefined TAT.
• Train students, trainees, and orient newly hiredstaff.
• Provide technical guidance, leadership andtroubleshooting support to staff.
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and dutyassignments
• Manage workload distribution within thelaboratory
