Responsibilities

Customer

• Ensure our customer experience is the best it can be and work out ways to improve it where needed.
• Continually explore new products/propositions that could satisfy customer demand/improve customer experience for both the Laboratory & Distribution business.

People

• Deliver regular staff meetings to keep the staff engaged with progress and updates.
• Prepare monthly business review/update for Senior Management.
• Lead the onsite management team and the performance of the business against agreed KPI’s.
• Manage recruitment of new team members.
• Coaching, leading, developing a high performing team in a positive environment.
• Contribute to the wider management team of Bupa Dental Laboratories, attending regular team meetings & supporting the deli...
