Your expertise in RCA-driven issue resolution will contribute significantly to reducing mean time to repair (MTTR) and improving system resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve L3 incidents via ServiceNow within SLA
• Analyze logs using Splunk for incident triage
• Monitor application health and batch jobs
• Manage defects in JIRA / JTFM, ensuring RCA documentation
• Collaborate for incident escalation and timely resolution
