L2 Support Engineer - Privilege Cloud & Vaulting

Link-Worldwide in Jalisco is hiring a Technical Support Engineer (L2) responsible for the security and availability of Privilege Cloud environments. You'll troubleshoot various components and guide IT teams on cloud access workflows.

The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in systems administration and strong skills in Windows Server and network configurations. A Computer Science education or relevant certifications are required.
