KYC Onboarding Analyst (Mandarin Speaker)

The KYC Onboarding Analyst is responsible for conducting KYC and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reviews to ensure customers are onboarded in accordance with AML/CFT regulations and internal policies. This role involves customer verification, screening checks, risk assessment, and maintaining accurate records while meeting service level requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end KYC reviews for individual and corporate customer onboarding.
• Verify customer documents including Proof of Identity (POI), Proof of Address (POA), and business registration documents.
• Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and elevate high‑risk cases where necessary.
• Perform sanctions, PEP, adverse media, and name screening using designated compliance tools.
• Investigate potential matches and ensure timely resolution within SLA.
