Kitchen Porter - Live in Available

Seasonal position at YMCA Lakeside providing breakfast, lunch and dinner  for staff and residents who attend the site. Looking for an April start date with full time employment guaranteed until the end of October with possibility of extending for the right individual. 

Live in available and can be discussed at interview stage. 

Main responsibilities would include but not be limited to the following:

• Dishwashing – Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment either by hand or using industrial dishwashers
• Kitchen and Dining Room Cleanliness – Clean and sanitise kitchen surfaces, countertops, and food preparation areas. Empty rubbish bins and ensure proper disposal of waste materials
• Food Preparation – Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling, chopping, and slicing ingredients
