SUMMARY:
Luxury Boutique Hotel in  Sandton is looking for an experienced  Kitchen Manager. The Kitchen Manager will work closely with the Executive Chef to direct daily back-of-house operations to deliver exceptional culinary experiences. You will oversee all kitchen administration and stock control, staff scheduling , assist with menu innovation, food cost control, and strict health and safety standards to ensure seamless dining and catering services across the property . Duties: Staff Management & Leadership: Assist the Executive Chef in recruiting, training & mentoring sous chefs, line cooks, and kitchen assistants.
