About the Role
- Kitchen Equipment Maintenance: Perform regular inspections maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment including cooking appliances (ovens fryers stoves) refrigeration units dishwashers and other essential kitchen machinery.
- Repairs and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with kitchen equipment including electrical mechanical and plumbing problems. Perform necessary repairs or replacements to restore equipment functionality.
- Installation and Setup: Install new kitchen equipment set up systems and calibrate them to ensure that all equipment operates according to manufacturer specifications.
