Overview

Kitchen Crew members are essential to the smooth and efficient operation of a restaurant kitchen. They perform a variety of tasks, including food preparation, cleaning, and assisting cooks.

Responsibilities

  • Food Preparation: Wash, peel, cut, and chop vegetables and fruits; Marinate meats and other ingredients; Prepare sauces, dressings, and other garnishes; Assist cooks with food preparation tasks as directed.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils; Clean and sanitize work stations, cooking equipment, and floors.

Physical Demands
