Roles and Responsibilities

Strategy

  • Design and develop the Authority’s committees/team's system—policies, models, mechanisms—to meet senior leadership directions. 
  • Coordinate with concerned units and ensure committee-system implementation across the Authority. 
  • Prepare and review administrative decisions of Authority and joint committees to align with legislation, policies, procedures. 
  • Conduct studies on committees/teams and structures with institutions and sectors to address management directions and work requirements.
  • Submit structured study reports to leadership for governance decisions. 
  • Review administrative circulars to ensure conformance with approved legislation, policies, and procedures.
