About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Key User - Service Management Systems to act as the recognized expert in one or more of our business capabilities. As a Key User, you will play a crucial role in ensuring business benefit realization by supporting end users, driving adoption of IT products and processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Participate in user acceptance testing, pilots, and demos.
