About the Role

            Whats On Your Plate  Strategic Partner Management: Own and grow relationships with high-value 3PL partners. Act as the primary point of contact driving alignment with talabats goals through structured performance management and proactive engagement. 
Business Planning & Growth Enablement: Identify and execute on opportunities to scale partner capabilities improve delivery metrics and unlock mutual growth. Support 3PLs in meeting recruitment targets and navigating operational challenges. 
Performance & Compliance Oversight: Analyze data to track 3PL performance across key KPIs. Escalate issues identify trends and implement corrective action plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders. 
Negotiation & Commercial Engagement: Participate in renewal discussions and fee reviews. Help align commercial terms with performance outcomes and market realities.
