About the Role

Minimum requirements for the role:

  • Technical or sales experience having worked or sold plastic raw materials such as master batch and/or related products into the plastic manufacturing converters is preferred.

  • Knowledge of injection, extrusion and/or blow moulding or related plastic converting production is preferred.

  • The company is happy to train a technical person who has worked on plastic converting machines into a technical sales role.

  • Strong technical knowledge of masterbatch formulations, pigment dispersion, and plastic raw materials (PE, PP, PET, PS, etc.).

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Must have commercial acumen with a customer-focused approach.
