About the Role

The position has been established to support all activities of the Key Account Management and Business Development functions, with a focus on the full client engagement cycle from the first contact up to the tender phase. The Key Account Specialist will contribute to commercial development by coordinating internal inputs, managing client‑facing processes, and supporting the preparation of proposals and tender documentation. As experience grows, the role is designed to progressively evolve towards direct interaction with clients and increased ownership of commercial relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Key Account Management team across all stages of the commercial cycle, from initial client engagement to the preparation and submission of tenders.
  • Manage all activities related to pre‑qualification processes, Requests for Information (RFIs), and client procurement platforms, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant submissions.
