- Responsible for expansion of retail client network across Indonesia
- Drive sales program and promotions & incentive programs to key retail clients to ensure continuous sales growth
- Manages and leads Key Account Specialists to achieve targeted client network growth and sales growth
- Coordinate with Sales Operations Lead to achieve targeted level of sales and profitability
- Drive analysis and insight on current products and market intelligence on competitors
- Manage portofolio AR client dan AP partner insurance by coordinating with BD support team
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in sales, account management, or retail management, ideally in a regional or territory management role.
