**Job Description Summary**
In this role, The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing the long-term success of PDx relationship with an assigned set of accounts in selected region in order to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the customer and PDx.

**Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):**
+ Build relationship with decision makers and key influencers (hospital president, pharmacy director etc.) in major hospitals, local medical association and pharmacy association
+ Hospital listing in identified key hospitals
+ Protect hospital access (ie. reduce the risk of volume control and delisting)
+ Design and implement key account programs
+ Analyze accounts to develop a business plan and strategy that creates new business opportunities for all PDx products & services
