About the Role

The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for managing and developing a set of key-account customers on a national level. They are responsible for achieving sales targets within these customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans for key customers, including setting sales targets, identifying growth opportunities, and outlining strategies to achieve them.
  • Create the assigned customers' Annual Operating Plan (AOP) aligned with the company's yearly business objectives and strategy.
  • Develop annual customer business plans based on customer segmentation and strategy, supported by shopper insights, sales trends, and market analysis. Ensure the execution of customer strategies with key action plans and activities.
  • Lead trading term negotiations with key customers, including pricing, ullage, terms of trade, promotions, and contractual matters to ensure customer profitability.
