About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans, including the identification and expansion of channel partners across the region.
  • Regularly visit customers to promote existing and new products, providing technical support, product training, and point‑of‑sale initiatives.
  • Achieve annual and quarterly sales targets by delivering accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts, prioritizing sales activities and driving volume growth and account penetration.
  • Participate in the annual negotiations on AFTM customers, cooperating with other departments such as Pricing, Legal, Operations, Product Management, etc.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key AFTM accounts at the local level.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis, with a strong focus on identifying trends, risks, and new business opportunities.
