About the Role

Reponsibilty :


  1. Develop and execute joint business plans with key accounts to achieve mutual growth objectives.
  2. Drive sales volume, revenue, and gross margin targets across assigned key accounts. Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities for Advan’s product portfolio (laptops, tablets, PC accessories, IoT devices).
  3. Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with supply chain to ensure product availability and reduce stockouts or overstock.
  4. Lead commercial negotiations (pricing, terms, rebates, exclusivity) while maintaining profitability and brand positioning.
  5. Track account P&L, sell-in/sell-out data, market share, and competitor activities. Provide weekly/monthly dashboards to management.
