Key Account Executive (Basic + Commission) (Fresh grad are welcome !) | International Company | KL

Responsibilities

• Perform cold calling to follow up and verify the potential leads (data) from social media’s campaign (eg: Facebook) before generating to the Company’s existing consumers.
• Ensure the potential leads information are accurate before sending to the Company’s existing consumers.
• Develop positive relationship with the potential leads and existing consumers.
• Perform on‑boarding process to new consumers, handle inbound calls from campaign’s referral and answer all the consumers’ enquiries when arises.
• Record consumers’ information in the Company’s internal system.
• Monitor and report campaign’s status, progress, and review to management weekly / monthly.
• Perform regularly follow up with the consumers on their campaign’s listing performance in our Company’s website and share latest campaign plan with consumers when needed.
