Role Overview
As a Key Account and Access Manager (KAAM) at Cytokinetics, you will play a critical, hands-on role. The role is customer-facing, responsible for driving access, adoption, and sustained growth of our medicines across the UK healthcare ecosystem. Blending sales excellence with strategic NHS engagement, the KAAM partners with key decision-makers across Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and provider organisations to ensure our medicines gain appropriate access, positioning and are adopted within local care pathways, whilst meeting commercial targets, such as key performance indicators (KPIs).
