As an Early Years Learning Lead, you will play a pivotal system leadership role—facilitating high-quality, DfE-approved professional development, providing specialist support to Early Years settings, and contributing to both regional and national professional networks.

Your expertise and passion will be instrumental in driving high-quality practice, consistency, and innovation across the sector.

As an EYLL you will champion language-rich environments, strengthening practitioner knowledge and promote high-quality interactions that support communication and language development for all children.
