Compensation

The base salary for this role ranges between $73,520.00 and $101,090.00, with eligibility for an incentive target of 5%, contingent upon achieving both individual and company performance objectives. The pay range reflects potential total compensation for this role at the time of posting based on the assigned job grade. Actual compensation may vary depending on geographic location, relevant experience and individual skills.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10 to 15 Onsite Service Representatives/Specialists across a large and remote geography to maintain inventory at customer sites.
