About the Role


  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for junior to mid‑level roles: job intake, posting, screening, interviewing and follow‑up

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking

  • Conduct competency‑based interviews and assessments

  • Advise hiring managers on selection, employer branding and market insights

  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely communication at every step

  • Support onboarding processes for new hires

  • Contribute to HR projects: employer branding, talent development, campus recruitment, process improvement






  • A bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Psychology, Communication or similar

  • A first experience (internship or job) in HR, recruitment or people‑related roles is a plus
