We are currently seeking an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at Central Café!

This unique opportunity will allow you to work in a fast paced, vibrant venue, overseeing the operational performance of the kitchen team and optimising efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborating with the Head Chef, you will actively contribute to menu changes and ensure the delivery of exceptional food and service standards. Additionally, you will assist with rostering, food costing, and stock ordering.
